| - Cookies are edible, I understand why they're late-night and delivery oriented because they're not anything to get out of bed for. They're served "warm" but not like comfortable, gooey warm, more like tepid, chewy with hard edges warm.
The ice cream was really tasty, I sampled the peanut butter crunch and cookies and cream but I didn't order it because I was told that even though you're allowed to get two scoops of ice cream in a size small, they have to be the same flavor. The cashier didn't have an explanation when I asked, so I guess it's an arbitrary policy. Too bad because it's probably going to cause a few more sale losses.
I ordered 7 cookies for $12.55 but I asked for 1 to eat in the store and the other 6 to be boxed. I was told no and that I had to order 7 cookies to be boxed *blank stare* She eventually "gave" me a box after I asked her to individually bag each cookie (I'm trying to fly them back to DC). How magnanimous.
Also, $2.35 for a 16 oz bottle of water straight from the 24-pack ? And $3.35 for 14oz of milk? Gouging.
I wouldn't recommend Insomnia Cookies, Subway's cookies are bigger, tastier, and wayyyy cheaper. And the customer service is probably about the same but more informed.
