  • This place is AMAZING! My boyfriend and I decided to try something new because we were getting tired of the usual Monta and Sora Ramen. This place was way better than both of those places. As a Las Vegas local, you only ever hear about Monta and Sora. Back to Fukumimi, we tried their salad, gyoza, edamame and the spicy miso. Everything was phenomenal. We wanted to order double of everything to take home. The broth of the spicy miso was not heavily salted which we prefer. The spicy paste they used was just enough to heat our mouths. Not too spicy for us. The egg was cooked perfectly as well. The service was great as well. Very friendly staff! we will for sure be coming back here again!
