I started my search on cars.com and found the year/make/model I was looking for quickly. Bryan from Goben answered my online question quickly and we started working out a date/time for a test drive and began negotiating on price via text. The process was smooth and easy and was not one of those "let me see what I can do" conversations 12 times over. I knew what I wanted, knew what I wanted to spend and was able to work out a really good deal very quickly before I even came by to see the car. Because they are not a named dealership, I also asked to take the car into the local dealership to have their certified shop take a look at it, and Bryan was very accommodating. The car was given an "excellent" condition and I felt even more confident about doing business here with how sure they were in the car they were selling.
