  • I made the mistake of canceling, rather than changing my flight on the Southwest airlines App :-( but, I called Southwest airlines hotline and they were able to fix the situation, not without much elbow grease, so to speak! Thanks to Bruce at Southwest Airlines I was able to book a different flight and he was very patient and understanding! Definitely recommend Southwest airlines! Not only that but he was in Texas, which I believe is an hour ahead of me at the moment, so I'm sure he was exhausted! Wish I could've known his last name, but anyone named Bruce that works in the call center at Southwest airlines thank you!
