  • Rula Bula is a cool mellow place to go on Mill when you aren't really in the rap and hip hop music mood. It is usually crowded on the weekends, but pretty dead during the weekdays. They have open mic a few days (tuesday for sure) and live music during the weekends. Most of the time there is a two dollar cover during the weekends. The food is pretty good considering that irish food is pretty bland (in my opinion), but I don't go for the food. Drinks are pretty expensive compared to other places on Mill.
