  • Very Bad customer service, after traveling an hour in heavy snow with a dodge charger they have'nt welcomed me with a switch over 4*4 vehicle and provided me with a Fiat 500 which was really not comfortable for 4 of us to fit-in. In fact vehicles viper liquid was filled with water which got frozen on our drive back and made our drive more inconvenient we have replaced the water with viper liquid which can take -20 c still they didn't work properly, then i tried to switch the vehicle to the closest location on I-80 west in Ohio state these location were reluctant to switch the vehicle and just did the same with the wind shield viper(blown with hot water).Finally had a really bad experience with enterprise for the first time after renting with them for numerous times. (Note: Vehicle was insured fully with road side assistance as well- Which they could only drag me up if i was stuck in snow). I would rate Negative if they had any for customer service. (travel from - New Jersey to Indiana & back).
