After trying a few different Mom and baby exercise classes, I liked the baby phat burn class with Liberty Movement, taught by Terry the best. Here's what I liked about it :
- the exercises were challenging but not too much so, giving an excellent workout without overstressing a recovering Mom's body
- small class size, only about 5 people when I went (compared to 15 moms in other classes) and Terry gave a lot of personal attention and made sure your form was correct
- the babies were incorporated into some exercises if you wanted, or if they fussed, Terry was quick to help soothe them so Mom can focus on the class
Overall I enjoyed my class and would do it again!
