  • This office on more that several occasions would billing the insurance company with the wrong coding, coding a cold or fever as Down syndrome. Being that the insurance company already knew that my child had DS that was not news to them. However if the insurance company saw that the issue was DS not a cold or flu then wouldn't pay for it, leaving us with a full bill. Thanks for exploiting my daughters disability.
