  • Don't live here! First there is always a water main break with water flooding the parking lot. The water was shut off all the time in the apartment/ guess who pays for that water main break? You do in your water bill! Speaking of parking it's a nightmare. They give you one spot and say you can pay for a second but when asked how you stop people from parking there they say you can't. Barely lived in the apartment. Stayed someplace else for the last three months. No furniture but a bed and chair since staying some place more quiet and still charged a move out fee to clean carpets, paint, and clean. It looked untouched when moved out. The office people are clueless. They say a walk through is necessary once you vacant but it was done before the apartment lease was up. Office said impossible since you still rent it. We have the paperwork they walked through. This is the last place you want to live.
