| - I like being active, and I run, hike, and bike quite a bit, but when I walk into a gym, I'm at a loss as to how to use the equipment. I can handle a treadmill, but I'm going to hurt myself, or someone nearby, if I start trying to sling weights around. I started taking classes with Tiffany recently, and what a difference this has made! At our first meeting, when I told her I liked to mountain bike, she had me get on my bike and ride around for a few seconds, and noticed that I had my seat set too low. Throughout our sessions, she's shown me literally dozens of exercises that use free weights, kettles, exercise balls, step platforms, various weight machines, and no weights at all, to help me realize my fitness goals. She's smart, she describes the purpose behind every exercise, and she mixes things up so each session is a new learning experience. I like that she takes a set of baseline measurements at the start of a session so you have something against which you can measure your progress - I'm an engineer, I like numbers! I'll be signing up for more sessions with her when this set is done. Tiffany is terrific!
