| - I love the apple products, I have bought a lot of apple products over the last 12 years: countless iPods, laptops, desktops, a couple iPads,a and a TON of iPhones,!/' and this doeent reven include all the accesories, software; and all the items I have had serviced...: went to Apple Store store twice in the last day or two; totaling about 3 hours. In the end I left without ever talking to the "correct Apple employee that is better suited to answer that question". There's 147 employees there and I never got to speak to the right one apparently. Finally got the 3rd text from the Genius Bar saying "Thanks for waiting. We're now ready for you. Please check in with a Specialist."
Well that was a lie, I just sat in front of the genius table for another 30-45 minutes, before I finally decided to just leave.
You have waaay too many employees standing around pushing to sell an $800 cell phone, a $60 charging dock, or $20 lightning chord AND a $20 wall charging brick (with no cable). Apple, you're more than happy and available to sell as many devices as possible but make it extremely difficult for someone to get their device fixed or just ask questions about my device, which is all I want to do. This is why I perform allllll the repairs on all my own If I didn't like your product I would give two stars. Horrible customer service for your customers.
