  • The most filthy experience and rude service. Walked up and there were spoons and ice cream all over the ground and the windows were so filthy that u could barely see in them. We walked in and we're not greeted by the employee who's mouth was full of ice cream and never addressed us at all. The ice cream cases were so dirty I wouldn't let my kids touch them and there were pieces of cone and ice cream all over the ground along with dirty napkins. We have never had this type of experience at a cold stone but it was definitely worth mentioning.
