Subpar services coupled with an unfortunate ability to accept responsibility make this business one to avoid. We only used this title company because the seller asked us to and we didn't believe it would be a big deal. We won't be making that mistake again.
The agent we dealt with, Sherry, was condescending. She printed the wrong set of papers for us to sign. I noticed the incorrect information and pointed it out during the singing. Sherry said it wasn't a big deal and moved on. Well, it was a big deal and we needed to resign the documents. Sherry refused to pay for a mobile notary. It's called taking responsibility... We couldn't come back in - we both work in very busy jobs and undoubtedly our time is worth more than hers. The realtors in the transaction ended up paying for the fee and agreed that they won't be working with this company again.
On a positive note, the mobile notary they used was pleasant.
