  • We were ready to sign the lease...thank god we did not...they were so inept with the contract and apparently although we had an OK that we could move ahead with it at the last moment they said they needed to get it approved with corporate...this is a week before we were to move in...our appliances and carpet were not installed at the walkthrough...and getting in touch with them to return our phone calls were frustrating to say the least...when we did get an answer and were told we would receive the addendum that day we had to call, and call, and call to get it sent...now it looks like we are cancellling the apartment...i think it was a godsend to have all these problems now..can't imagine what it would be like to live there!!!
