I did not have any problems with facility itself, yes they do have horrible wait times and a crowded small waiting room but my issue is with their billing department who can not seem to process payments but are quick to threaten collections on already paid bills. I am fighting with them over one from 2014 which they tell me they see all the documentation proving I paid but can't seem to clear it off my statement. I am also in a dispute over a 2015 bill which I again paid and sent proof (which cost me another $3.00) and can't get them to clear it either. I wish there was a way to charge them with some type of civil fines for this type of harrasement
