  • ZERO STARS. I paid her upfront nearly $500. I was promised cups, lace sculpting, strap repair, bustle, and shortening the dress buy bringing it up at the bust. All I got was the strap repair and the lace at the bottom of my stress chopped of with scissors! No cups! No bustle! It was a total nightmare. I couldn't believe my bridesmaids when they went to do my bustle said there was no bustle after the ceremony. I had to wait in the shop for TWO HOURS to pick up my dress 2 days before my wedding ( ended up telling me to come back) and again on the day before my wedding. I'm disgusted by the entire experience. So happy to see the Lakewood location shut down. Everything was a lie and a total scam.
