  • We HAVE had a negative experience in the past with this company, but that issue was resolved to our satisfaction. With that said..... We have an HVAC service contract with Delta, and we had our annual service/cleaning today (3/27/14) We were VERY impressed with the technician they sent out (GARY B.). He is a friendly, family man, and was easy to talk to. He did (in our opinion) a VERY thorough job - Even going into the attic to check our air handler. He was not high-pressure, and we felt that he was trustworthy. FYI - Delta is currently rated an "A" by the BBB (up from the "A-" they had last year). Delta was worth a second chance to us, so probably worth a chance to a potential first-time customer. Thanks Gary!
