Our fridge went out a month ago. Went there to buy a new one and still don't have the fridge we ordered. The first time they tried to deliver the fridge that brought was broken and they didn't even take it off the truck. After week or two of terrible communication that we had to lead the entire time, they came to our house with a temporary fridge until our new delivery date of 1/28. They brought a fridge that they didn't want to try to get through the doors. Too big apparently. Went back and finally brought us a smaller one that we have had for a couple weeks. Followed by more crappy communication finally delivery day was getting near... they call us on 1/27 to inform us they will deliver Sunday morning of 1/28 between 9-11. No delivery, no call. Call them around 11:30 and they messed up again. Now we wait until our new delivery date of 1/31. We will see if the bs ends there. We are very understanding and we have a temporary fridge so it is fine. Things happen. However... their communication and horrific internal communication has been extremely frustrating and shows a real lack of organizational leadership within this group. Frequent promises with poor follow through. We have made many large purchases with Lowe's as we moved into a new home a year ago and have been doing a lot of work on it. It is extremely unlikely that we will be using Lowe's in the future, which is very disappointing.
