  • Seems odd that this place has negative reviews. I experienced the total opposite. I did ask the sales rep about the reviews and he stated that with only 30 reviews, it's less than 1% of the business they do and that they install close to 30 jobs a day. Fair response. He showed me a few carpet selections and I was looking at them while he measured. After about 15 minutes we went over a few of the ones I liked and came to an agreement on the pricing. Financing was offered, but I opted to use a credit card to rack up some points. Set up the install about a week later. A crew of 3 showed up about 930 in the morning. Went over how the day would go about, and then they started to work. Took about 6 hours and I had a whole new downstairs of carpet. Very pleased with the experience and would use them again when I decide to do some tile in my bathrooms
