rev:text	This is the second time I have gone to this nail salon for services and have had an awful experience. The first time I went in June to get a pedicure and the man that runs the salon did my pedicure. He did not use clean tools to do the pedicure and then he went to do my one big toe he was scrapping it so bad that it was hurting and I asked him to stop. He ignored me and continued to scrap my toe with the tool and I yelled stop and he said well I have to remove the dead skin there. I told him please stop that it hurts and I had that toe nail removed before due to getting an infection from a nail salon and that he should just leave it alone and only paint it. He was not happy that I had asked him to only paint the nail. My nail was hurting for a week after he had dug into it. This week I went to the nail salon to just get my eyebrows done. The salon doesn't open until 9:00 am and I got there at 8:57 am. No one showed up to open the salon until 9:20 am and of course it was the man that runs the shop. I was the first customer there and then two other ladies came in to do their nails. The man told me to go ahead in the room where they do the waxing and there was no light on in the room so I waited. Then he told me to go lay down on the table and he would be in. I am 7 months pregnant and he had me lay down flat on the table and then left me on the table to go answer the phone and was gone for a long time. Then he came back into the room and said so you only want eyebrows right and I said yes. The wax was way too hot and burned my eyebrows when he put it on. When he was done he asked me if I needed help up and I said no but he shoved me up anyway. This place used to be a nice place to go to and the people used to be polite but now seem to have gotten away from good customer service. Not once was there an apology both times that I had an issue there. I will not be going back to this place for any of their services and I highly recommend people go somewhere else since they don't use clean tools on each new customer and customers could get a nail infection from that.
