  • Grilled cheese is simple. Stripchezze Food Truck goes beyond simple. I have had grilled cheese sandwiches from other food trucks and never really found them to be worth it but Stripchezze has changed my mind on that. The egg rolls that are fried with mac and cheese inside are excellent and the kimchi sauce that came on the side added a nice kick. I expected to like the pastrami grilled cheese best and did like it but it was the Hot Streak that has pepper jack cheese and jalapenos inside and the outside bread has some sort of flaming hot cheetos crust that tasted damn good. The girls working the truck were nice and prices are reasonable. Stripchezze Food Truck can be found not just in one place they hit all the corners of town you just have to check the schedule to see where they are next.
