  • Disappointed. I went to this salon 3 times when they first opened and while I like the shop & think Kitty does a great job, I was progressively disappointed with their ability to keep an appointment. So, I figured, ok, this is a walk in kind of place & moved on to another shop. Today, my new shop was booked so I went back. They got me right in which was great. The lady was very nice but I am not happy with my gel mani. First she cut my nails way too short. I asked her to cut them half-way down & she cut & filed them almost to the nail bed. Couldn't do anything about that when I saw the result. But the borders are fuzzy and the whole thing could have taken another coat. They look sad. I will not be back.
