This is mostly for first time attendees and people who are handicapped or have walking issues. We attended Toruk - The First Flight, Cirque du Soleil (Avatar). It was the closing show, but if I was reviewing it I would recommend attending the show if they revive it in one of the major casinos.
We did check out the parking on the internet and chose the New York New York Structure from the T-Mobile Arena website provided map and description. They apparently posted the page for larger performances like sporting events so the access bridge to the upper levels was closed. We were directed to park on the 5th level next to the elevators on the opposite side from the arena. We got as close as we could but there was no handicapped parking for my wife, who has knee issues and needs a walker to get around. The elevators took us to the 2nd level but we were still on the casino side of the parking and had to walk all the way across the structure to get to the exit. The exit was an escalator which she could not use. So we went to the first level and had to thread our way through the traffic, walker and all, to get to the arena.
The people at the arena were helpful and got us to our section without difficulty. What wasn't apparent when we bought the tickets was that the excellent seats we had purchased were in the lower level without any low level access. Fortunately, my wife has enough mobility that she could stump down the stairs, albeit very slowly and painfully, and make it to our seats. Someone in a wheelchair or with a more debilitating condition would have to sit somewhere else. The lower section of roll-out seats was all that was available.
For other performances especially sporting events this might not present a problem. Also, the other two parking structures might be better for the handicapped. But as the expression goes, a word to the wise...
