Definitely a unique twist on the enchilada .... and a GOOD one at that. We started with the Spicey Potato Corn Chowder and "doc'd" it up with some Guajillo Short Rib and a little jack and cheddar in a nice ceramic dish... to my surprise they put it in a little oven to finish of the soup... bam, deliciouso!!
My wife and split the two enchilada dish with the corn and flour tortilla mix (you can also get straight corn) ..one was roasted tomatillo Chicken and the other sweet and spicey cornbread. Again we "doc'd" them. OTG up some delicious sauces (red and green) and a few more goodies... back in the oven and awesomeness. Great flavor and a great little place.
