The only thing lower than the cockroaches crawling around outside at night is the management that runs this place. Shady is the kindest way to describe them. They make you sign the lease before you actually see the unit. Having repairs done is timely if ever done at all. They say that air-conditioning is included, yet every summer the SRP bill nearly doubles. On top of that they have a centralized air unit. It is mold infested. I know this because I had a state licensed "Air quality control company" test for it. The reason I had it tested was that every time we turned on the A/C or heat, my daughter and wife would get severely congested. My wife even started to get nose bleeds very often. Not long after that,we noticed the mold on all the vents. Luckily it's not black mold which can kill you, rather the test results showed Cladosporium mold and Basidio spores ....Which can cause allergies and illnesses for many people. When I showed the management the report, they said the would have to contact their Attorney.. I few days later the cleaned our ducts and vents. Keep in mind all the other units were given the shaft because all the airflow is connected, and they did nothing to clean the other apartments. At the time I was more concerned about my girls well being, than the other tenants. ( Today I feel bad about not sharing the information).. Now I plan to make copies of the report and give them to all the tenants I can find. On top of all of this,now that we moved out they are trying to charge us for things that we wanted repaired months before the end of our lease,or were damaged before we even moved in. Then they simply stated that it's the renters responsibility. They are a straight up deceptive and fraudulent company. They try to use scare tactics to get people to pay extra upon the move out inspection.. I am not planning to pay them anything..
