rev:text	I came to this dealership with specific car that I saw on the website . Guillermo greeted me and asked me if He could help me so I told him exactly what I want and tell him this is my first experience with Land Rover and Range Rover is my dream car . When he said his name I knew I would have a problem spelling it and I told him Can I just call you G so I won't offend it you by saying it wrong and he was polite and said Yes . He asked me if I would like to test drive the car and I said Yes . So we did and he was very informative and explain to me all the details and very patience . When I didn't know how to do 1 thing he got out from the car and showed me how it works . G didn't try to hard sell me , he literally made sure this is the car that I want and he didn't mind to wait till my husband showed up to finish the paperwork . G is the person that you should find when you come to this location , If I could rate his personality and the way he performed business He is 10 STARS . Thank you G for made my dream come true ! Just an update what happened 4 days after we bought the car , I went back to the dealer to get the car wash and they did a great job . When I got home I realized I couldn't find 1 key , I had all my family looked for it and we knew its inside the car but we couldn't find it so I called G and told him what happened and he agreed for me to go back to the dealer and I am very IMPRESSED how G Again delivered GREAT SERVICE, He tried to help me find the key and One of another team from the dealer came to help find and They did . Thank you G for your effort above and beyond . If I can edited 5 stars to 10 STARS I will !!!
