  • Tried to order exterior door and have it installed, payed my $40.00 deposit for estimate on or around June 7th. Through many excuses and pain 30 days later I still had no quote. Week 3 called Home Depot for a quote received a quote same day they measured. I waited extra week because lowe's had better price. After another week and a call from door guy asking us to go pick out a door before he can gives a quote ( something we had done in the beginning of this process) we decided to just go with Home Depot. when I mentioned my frustrations to the install staff I was called mean ( I never cursed or yelled) needless to say I will not return
