  • Initial emergency call to remove a flood from a washing machine was great. Received service and support within an hour and impressed by their response. From there unfortunately everything goes downhill. 6 month later my account was still outstanding with no communication, mixed messages regarding what needed to be done to my house, poor customer service or concern to fix mistakes. Please save yourself time and do not work with this company. It is unfortunate that a bad situation turns even worse pending on who you call and their lack of service.
