  • How have I never reviewed Pink Taco!!! This is our favorite place in Vegas. Even though it's a bit of a hike to get over to the Hard Rock, it's well worth it. We also take a little stroll around the casino after we eat and see some of the cool memorabilia. Anyway, Pink Taco...I love the decorations and the vibe and the food is awesome. Tonight my husband had the carnitas and said it was the best he'd ever had. I had the Pink Tacos (without chicken since I'm a vegetarian) and a cheese enchilada. It was hands down the very best enchilada I have ever had. I don't know why or how but it was just off the charts good. The pickled onions on the pink taco are reason alone to go there. Everything we have had there is highly craveable. The chips are super fresh and the tortillas are made in house. Tonight the Adult Entertainment Expo is at the Hard Rock so it also made for some excellent porn star people watching. Yay Pink Taco!!!
