  • I was moving out of my apartment and made a last minute call to schedule a carpet cleaning. Rob was very accommodating and getting me scheduled ASAP. Then when he sent Alex to help me we found that my apartment building didn't have a water spicket. Alex came back at 6PM to try using my water heater, and when that still didn't work out Rob came out around 8PM to get the job done. AMAZING customer service!!! and the carpets looked brand new after he left. I had a large urine stain from where my puppy kept having accidents during potty training and you can't even tell anymore. PLUS he gave me a bottle of pet treatment for in the future as well. I couldn't have been more impressed or happy with the job!
