  • I took a Flywheel class once when I was visiting LA, and I loved it! A couple months went by, and I heard one was opening up in Scottsdale... I was so excited! I FINALLY was able to get into the studio yesterday to take a class and it was just as wonderful as I remember it! The facility is beautiful, staff was superb, and the class kicked my butt (as it should)! My instructor was Claire. Supposedly this was her first time teaching a Flywheel class but I would have NEVER guessed! She did such an incredible job, had the BEST energy, and I can't wait to come take more of her classes! Don't let the difficulty or competitive nature stop you from taking a spin class here. Everything can be modified to your personal ability, and the names on the scoreboard are anonymous... So who cares! Just do your thing, and get in the zone! That is the benefit of being able to see your resistance and speed. At most places you cannot see this, and it really sets this studio apart. If you've never done indoor cycling before, or if you're a pro, you need to give Flywheel a try!
