I called half an hour before my appointment to confirm the address (because a different one was listed on groupon from what is on the actual website) and she told me I need to come in half an hour later because she had to drive her son to work. Then she said to come in an hour later. Then she called back after a couple minutes saying the roads were bad so she didn't want to go to the salon (ie, cancelling the appointment all together). So not impressed. I requested a refund from groupon for the 35$, due to this awful and completely unprofessional experience. I was glad she canceled the appointment anyway, after going onto her facebook page and seeing all the other awful reviews (ex, color is bad, she charges people an extra 60-100$ for bogus reasons on top of the groupon).
