  • Horrible customer service for rentals, false advertising on their website. I agree with the previous reviewer. The lady I just spoke to over the phone for the rental service was unbelievably rude. I called asking about a car rental for my wedding day, she sighed and angrily answered back that they "only do 4-day rentals unless you take a Ferrari or a Lambo" (not so on their website where they do have 1-day rentals - how am I supposed to guess this?) and that the prices on the website are only valid for "last minute rentals, and I can guarantee you that I won't have anything last minute for you when you come". Well alrighty then... I then politely said "Oh ok, well I don't think that will work for us, thanks anyways..." at which point she immediately slammed the phone down and hung up on me. Stay classy, lady.
