....AND I HAVEN'T EVEN USED THEM YET!!!
Just called Bell Trans to get information on their transportation services from the airport to my hotel. First of all, when I called and the rep answered....I hear nothing but a screaming baby in the phone for about a minute... I'm saying "hello"... and was about to hang up when some rep with an "attitude" finally came on the line.
I told the rep that I was calling for "information" on their shuttle service to my hotel. She immediately SNAPPED back and stated that "You don't need reservations for the shuttle. It's a walk up service." I told her that I wasn't yet calling for a reservation...I was calling for information because I had never used their service. Then she snaps back and says.. "Well what do you want to know?"
I simply replied.... "Nothing rude one"...and hung up! Then I went to Yelp to look them up and wouldn't you know.... Ugh!!
I am allllllllllllllllll about customer service... you don't get to treat people any kind of way and expect them to pay for it. I'd pay twice the amount for courteous treatment and good service.
At least I got a heads up before I got there! Yikes!
