This is the worst customer service I have ever received. We sat down with a wedding party and patiently waited for our table. Everything was booked and I didn't reserve a table which was fine. After sitting in a booth waiting for our table we had the manager, jemeni, approach us and ask us about hitting the light fixture. She was rude and told us it was the third time she saw the light move. We told her we were sorry and that it was an accident. After this point I approached the hostess because it was the worst service I've ever received. How about, please don't hit the light, thank you for your business. But no, that wasn't the case. I asked to speak the manager and explained my story and he started yelling at me and telling me she was right, that was Javier. She was right about the fixture but not about the way she treated us. He was also rude, didn't care about customer service and asked me to leave. I brought 20 people to the bar and he was even more rude than she was. How can You build a book of business when your management has no customer service skills. So disappointed. I will not visit this place in the future and I will be telling all my friends capital the terrible experience.
