The dentists are fine but the way the office is run is HORRIBLE. I just made my 4th phone call to them to ask them to please, please, please send our ledger to my insurance. Their excuses as to why it hasn't happened yet range from 'Oh, it's the end of the year' to 'What's your name again?' I feel sorry for the dentists who work there because they're losing my family's business purely due to the poor customer service and seemingly inexperienced administrative staff. If your time isn't precious, then I would recommend them. If, like me, your time is precious, stay clear!
