  • If I could just copy and paste the last 2 peoples review, that'd be my opinion too! We also had our quote in January, with the verbal confirmation that if we put our deposit down then, we'd be guaranteed our start date of begining to mid February. Haha! Well that time came and went and we were told March 30th! When we asked what happened to our first date, the girl had no idea what we were talking about. Skipping thru the million calls, mess ups and complaints, stuff they broke, empty water bottles and construction scraps they just threw in the bottom of the pool (before it was completed) having to keep rescheduling our new pump and filter install with a different company because of all the delays with AdamsPool, today May 28th 2018 our pool is complete! The replastering, tiling, deck was finally finished Tuesday May 22nd. But after waiting all day Wednesday and Thursday and Friday (each of those days we were told someone would be out but each day after calling them, something came up) for them to send someone to clean up the messes they left behind. Communication as in when they said they'd be there and actually be there was horrible. Also trying to get any questions answered was near impossible except the time my husband went in to their office. The only time it was good was when the main contact person we had was gone and we were given someone else. That person was awesome, and actually called us back and seemed to know their stuff! So the actual quality was good. But everything else...forget it, unless you have plenty of time to waste.
