  • Purchased a Mercedes from this dealership last month - was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a vehicle purchase. Too many awful things to mention them all - but the cherry on top was when a few days later we discovered they had failed to pay our trade off entirely. We contacted the finance manager who - instead of bothering to even investigate whether there had been an error on their part - suggested that we probably had accumulated late fees at some point and that it was our fault. So, we contacted our previous lender and discovered that they only request one day pay offs - and then don't pay for days! Leaving you stuck with all the fees that accumulate every day. When we left a message to inform him of this - he never even bothered to call us back. Delivery of the vehicle was awful - I had to call to even find out if the vehicle was ready- they had forgotten about it.
