Porter Airlines cancelled my Toronto to Montreal flight and sent me to this hotel. When I got there, the guy at reception had the rudest attitude I have ever seen in the hospitality industry.
When I presented the hotel voucher from Porter, he said, 'What is that?' I said it's a hotel voucher from Porter Airlines. He asked, 'What is a hotel voucher?' I felt silly doing it but I explained. He said he'd never heard of such a thing and that he'd never heard of Porter Airiness. Obviously I found the conversation very strange.
After 5 minutes of back and forth, he finally said, 'We have no room available.' All through this conversation Mr. Personality just reeked of attitude. Absolutely no hint of customer service. This is one hotel I would never ever consider staying at. STAY AWAY.
