My parents originally wanted to take me to Grand Concourse for my 16th birthday, but they had forgotten to get a reservation before hand. We had walked past Texas de Brazil and thought it looked fun so we went in and it was packed and smelled delicious. We got a table within 5 minutes despite how crowded it was.
It was such a fun experience!!! Having the traditional gauchos come up to the table and offer you food was the highlight of my night. If you are a meat lover (like I am) this is absolutely the place for you. I tried a lot of everything to be honest. My favorite was the filet mignon and the lamb. If I'm not mistaken, you pay about $40 for an all you can eat. I definitely ate well over $40 in meat. They also have a great "salad bar" that is so much more! Imported meats cheeses breads roasted veggies!
Also, I have a severe peanut allergy that we told the hostess about. She was very nice about it and the manager met us at the table and guided me around the salad bar pointing out what I could and couldn't eat.
The whole experience was memorable and a great way to celebrate my birthday
