Where do I begin. This company (if they even exist anymore because they have not replied to me via email for 6 months) is horrendous with scheduling and their employees give you attitude for no reason.
I purchased, at a school auction a pass for a flight. Soon after I called to see about setting up a time. They first were only giving me times during the week at between 6-10am. Well like most people I work a normal day job during the week and cannot do it at those times. Then they said they had a Saturday morning at 6am. I got up at 4am to drive out there, got half way and they called and cancelled on me! Then after that it took them months to find a time for me again and when they had another Saturday for me, it happened to be when I had relatives in town and could not do it. They sent me an email back complaining to me that I was not being flexible with them for scheduling! I am the customer, you work around me, not the other way around. Then they went on "vacation" for 4 months, then took another 2 months reply to me saying they were trying to find a good time for me. Then for the past 6 months of checking in with them , they have not replied to me At All. I assume they went out of business and I am out $75 bucks that I spent on this flight. Never trust them, never call them. Maybe someday they will get back to me, but now I am afraid to even set up a time and fly with these people.
