  • Not worth the wait! This place had poor customer service, and the concept of the rolled ice cream creates a huge bottleneck in their process. We walked in on a rainy Sunday afternoon, the line didn't seem too bad... we waited over an hour on our ice cream to be made. Overall, I would say the ice cream was tasty, but I've had better. To me it was not worth the wait, at all. I would say go once, if you want to experience the new concept/fad of ice cream, but I doubt I will ever be back. Probably also great for the kids, as they seemed to enjoy watching the ice cream being made.
