I tried three times to get a simple answer about my shocks that failed on my 2015 Ford Fiesta that has less than 20K on it. On my last attempt, I requested a simple yes or no and I could not even get that. I have reference numbers and even a name of the person I talked to.
I don't know what to think. I not that angry, but glad I did not purchase the car from Bell Ford.
Maybe they look in their computer to see where you bought it from to decide what kind of service if any you get. I hate leaving bad reviews, but three times and no answer. Good By Bell Ford!!
