  • I needed to find a local repair shop not too far from home, and found AAA on yelp. I had a digital coupon from their website and decided to give them a try. I made an appointment with them and the lady representative asked if I had a coupon for the oil service I was requesting. I said yes, but that I wanted "synthetic" oil instead of regular. She said instead of the regular special of $19.95, they would just give a $10 discount off the synthetic service price of $59.95. When I checked in, the tech asked what kind of coupon I had so I showed him and when he checked me out, my receipt did not show any discount. I don't know if the prices went up since I booked my appointment or not, but that would be my only gripe. To most people these days, 10 dollars is 10 dollars, and while the price ultimately charged was fair, the promise of a discount is nevertheless a promise, I feel. Other than that, I would return as I felt that the staff was professional and the premises were clean and comfortable if you are waiting and they offer shuttle service which is a huge plus.
