  • I've been coming to this place for 5 years now. Julie is wonderful she is always polite and inviting and kind. However, over the years they have substantially increased their prices. Also, although Julie is great, her son on the other hand is NOT a good business owner/manager. He is consistently rude over the phone and says things like "it's impossible to get a pedicure prior to your manicure if you're making an appt " ummm isn't that the point of an appt? Also, he's just not good with customer service while present. Maybe there is a cultural barrier but then again Julie is awesome so who knows. Taylor is my favorite nail technician also, she does a phenomenal job.
