  • This place rocks! It's a very nice clean studio and a really great hot yoga experience. You can rent a mat and a towel for $2 and $1 respectively. They sell water bottles and coconut water. They also sell Spiritual Gangster brand clothes and Yogitoes towels. It's a very urban vibe-y studio like another review mentioned. Very nice! They play music during the sessions, so if you aren't big on that this might not be the best studio. My favorite instructor is Kandi! She's super friendly and doesn't keep the room super hot which is nice. She also has great music taste. All the other students are really friendly even to newcomers. I've never felt intimidated or out of place at Sumits Yoga. My only wish is that I could go more!
