  • I have been to many Starbucks and this one is by far the worst. I do not believe that they follow the same values as the other Starbucks. Every Starbucks I have ever been to appreciates their customers and if they were unsatisfied with their drink the staff would present them with another that met their satisfaction. Some even go the extra mile and present you with a free drink coupon/gift card for next time. Today, I brought a friend who doesn't normally go to Starbucks but due to my persistent persuasion, she agreed. The older man took my order, a trenta white iced tea but without ice. I muttered something so I asked "Is that ok?" He did not answer me, that should have been my clue to turn around and leave. My friend ordered a drink and I handed him my Starbucks gold card to pay... he grabbed it out of my hand! After my friend and I sat down to enjoy our drinks. My friend mentioned that it was too sweet after she had drank a few sips since she had ordered a tall, about a quarter was missing. I encouraged her to ask the staff to add some coffee to it, as she is not the type to complain. She proceeded to ask the older man and he stated "Sure but I will have to charge you for it." Here I am promoting how Starbucks' treats their customers... apparently this one only has the name out front and on their products in the store! Worst Starbucks!!!!! NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS ONE!!!!!!!!
