  • I never write reviews, but I had to write one for this place. The place has a really cool concept with pool tables, beer pong and dart boards. But their policy makes absolutely no sense. I went there for my brother's birthday party and his girlfriend reserved two idart machines. The reason why you would need to reserve these machines is so that if the place is crowded you are guaranteed dart machines. The cost to reserve one machine is $30/hr. When we got there, it was completely dead, but they told us it was $30/hr on top of actually paying $1/person to play a game. Plus the $10/dart set deposit. We didn't end up using both machines and gave up the other machine to another group of people. They ended to charging us $240 for 4 hours. After explaining that we only used 1 machine and other groups were using the other one (there was no need to hog a machine that was not being used) they decided to charge us for one machine and told us that it would be $160. Not sure how they got that number.... Last I checked $30 * 4hrs= $120. Took them a while to comprehend that. But when they finally did, we realized they started billing us from BEFORE we even arrived so we ended up having to get a refund and in the end they only charged us for the beer towers. It was just such an absurd concept! How do you charge $30/hr on top of paying $1/player for a game on the dart machine? Especially when the place was DEAD upon arrival and ESPECIALLY when anyone can walk in and just use a machine and start paying per play. What ended up happening was after we paid for the two beer towers, we just ended up staying there WITHOUT a reservation. What they should have really did was recognize the fact that when we arrived half the place was empty and cancelled the reservation so that we could just use the machines freely. Another note I'd like to add is, when I explained to the girl at the cash that we only used one machine and that the other we gave to another group, her response was that we should have notified her so she could kick them off the machine. I don't know about you, but that is HORRIBLE customer service! If we aren't using the machine why would we hog it? In hindsight we should have told them earlier, but the fact of the matter was that they were very reluctant to charge us for only one machine regardless of weather it was used or not. She was also really rude. Didn't think I understood Cantonese so she started making rude remarks to her colleagues. Needless to say we won't be coming back here EVER again.
