What a frustrating morning. I spoke with a Cox representative in August 2015 regarding my bill and was able to realize a discount for services after my bill jumped by about $50. I was told this discount would need to be renewed within the first year as it would expire one year from then.
To be proactive, I called today.. 10 months into my contract. I spoke with Ricky who told me this discount was no longer available. She did not care to listen to what I was told last summer nor did she have an acceptable option. My bill would be going up regardless of what I was told.
Just another case of Cox failing to listen to a 3-year customer. I will now be shopping for internet service and dropping my cable altogether before my final bill.
