  • We came in prepared to buy a specific car. She pretended to be new. The cars were not even cleaned. When we went to run the numbers: -Price of the car showed up 1,000 higher -The interest rate wasn't what was promised. We asked why and they changed immediately saying it was the wrong bank -The trade should have pulled for 9,000 to 10,000 and they offered 4,000 During negotiations it's clear the sales women was very experienced. She became very argumentative. We told her the numbers were too far off. We thanked her and prepared to leave. No one would even let us out of the locked building. Glad our angels looked out for us.
